SPINE is made with Unreal Engine 5 and centered around cinematic gun-fu shootouts. It's a third-person beat'em'up with a full set of PC gaming features, including a deep storyline, a unique setting, cutscenes, intriguing enemies, memorable bosses, character progression, and, most importantly, breathtaking battles with a wide array of firearms.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of atmospherics, sketches of the environment (interior and exterior of cities, factories, ports, etc.).
- Development and detailing of the design of any elements of the environment: Building Interiors, mechanisms, furniture, digital interfaces, banners, graffiti.
- Overpaints of shots from the build.
- What you will NOT work with: characters, clothing designs, weapons, mechanic enemy designs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using Photoshop.
- At least knowledge of 3D software (Blender or its equivalent). It is used for blocking, detailing, working out various angles of the scene. In exceptional cases, for embedding draft assets in the engine.
- Understanding the principles of industrial design.
Would be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of Unreal 5.
- Experience with AI tools (not as a main means of work, but as a helping tool).
