About your role

We want to strengthen the team for our flagship project, Hero Wars: Alliance, with an experienced Art Manager.

What you’ll be doing

• Organizing the work of art teams in collaboration with art leads and the art director:
  • Ensure the functional planning of art task production without missing deadlines
  • Maintain transparency in the team's work. The team should clearly understand what is expected in terms of deadlines and quality, and the client should be able to see the current stage of the task at any given time
  • Collaborate with project teams, balancing priorities, timelines, and the necessary resources
  • Assist with the implementation of art development pipelines, either independently or alongside the art lead/art director
  • Keep the tools supporting the development process up-to-date, including

• Integrate goal-setting principles into the team, explain the values, monitor progress, and provide feedback
• Regularly give feedback, conduct 1-2-1 meetings, and make decisions in collaboration with competence leads and the art director
• Handle hiring and development of team members

We hope that you have

• At least 3 years of experience in Art Manager/PM positions
• A solid understanding of graphic development pipelines for mobile games, including UI, 2D art, and animation
• The ability to organize and implement processes that ensure transparency in art development and adherence to deadlines
• The skills to communicate and convey values, as well as establish cross-team interactions
• The capability to quickly switch between the contexts of different teams
