Gameplay Developer (UE)

We’re looking for an experienced Gameplay Developer (UE) to join our team and bring character creation to the next level. In this role, you'll be at the heart of designing and implementing key character features, directly shaping the player experience.

Working in our team you will focus on programming and gameplay development, so your deep knowledge and understanding in these areas, your ability to work in large but flexible teams, and your ability to make the right decisions are important to us. Your work will drive immersive gameplay and empower our team to build rich, dynamic worlds that captivate players.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize gameplay features for multiplayer game (Abilities, Weapons, Characters).
• Development of tools for GD, LD, UI, Sound, Art.
• Solving other tasks in UE5.3/UE5.5.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Gameplay Developer in the gaming industry at least 2 years (with multiplayer games).
• Deep understanding and experience with Gameplay Ability System.
• Strong expertise in Unreal Engine 5+ versions.
• Strong programming skills in C++.
• Experience working in large game development teams.
• Skilled in utilizing Blueprints for gameplay scripting.
• Fluency in Russian and not less that B1 level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in FTP PVP shooters.
• Experience working with CommonUI / CommonUser / Lyra / Other experimental modules in UE5.
