As a Graphic Designer on our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our marketing efforts. From digital ads to social media graphics, website visuals to print collateral, your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual identity and driving engagement with our audience. This role requires a creative individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
• Design Marketing Collateral: Create a wide range of visual assets for various marketing channels, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, landing pages, banners, infographics, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms and mediums.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Visual Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling stories that resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and supporting marketing campaigns.
• Stay Updated on Design Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and social media to ensure our visual content remains fresh, innovative, and on-brand.
• Optimize Designs for Digital Platforms: Ensure that all digital designs are optimized for web and mobile viewing, considering factors such as loading times, responsiveness, and user experience.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or creative agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take creative direction and feedback while also working independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English and Russian is must have.
• Familiarity with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience working with branding and identity systems.
