We are just beginning to build our Technical Support team and are looking for new colleagues who can help us improve our infrastructure monitoring and incident management processes. The Technical Support team is responsible for monitoring and supporting the infrastructure. We collaborate closely with the DevOps team and other technical teams to ensure stable operations and rapid resolution of incidents.
In this role, you'll also be involved in investigating complex technical issues reported by our customer support managers, who handle incoming gamers' requests. It's important to be able to conduct a preliminary investigation of the report and delegate further actions as necessary.
