Responsibilities:

- Develop roadmaps and calendar plans for the project.
- Manage and coordinate Developers, QA, Artists, and GD specialists.
- Decompose, assign, prioritize, and estimate tasks in Jira while maintaining project documentation.
- Monitor task progress and ensure development processes are followed.
- Identify and manage risks, resolving issues during development.
- Optimize workflows and support teams in implementing changes.
- Lead meetings (dailies, retrospectives, planning).
- Collaborate with stakeholders (founder, producer, partners) and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

- Experience: 5+ years in gaming project management (mobile games included).
- Proven success managing projects from scratch to launch, with international publishing experience.
- Strong backlog management, prioritization, and team performance evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the ability to adapt them to the project.
- Excellent risk and crisis management skills.
- Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, and similar tools.
- Experience with distributed teams and dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of Development flow, Git, CI/CD.
- Basic Unity knowledge.
- Passion for the gaming industry and staying current with trends.

Languages

- Russian and English at B2+ level (verbal and written).
