Senior Recruiter

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us!

You’ll help shape our recruitment strategy, drive key hiring initiatives, and work closely with hiring managers to build a strong team. Your expertise will be key in attracting and retaining the best talent in the gaming industry. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to have you on board!

What you'll be doing:

• Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring cycle
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Create and implement an effective recruitment strategy to attract top talent
• Identify bottlenecks and problems in the recruitment process and find effective solutions
• Support employer branding initiatives
  

What we need from you:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for game development roles, with a strong understanding of the relevant skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and management for all things related to recruiting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience leading initiatives, including referral programs and more
• Passion for the gaming industry
