We are looking for a SMM Manager to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and growing English-language social media for gaming projects: Meta (FB/IG) and Twitter/X as key platforms, plus optional ones like Reddit, Discord, Threads, etc.
• Creating engaging, stylish, meme-worthy, and/or informative content: posts, captions, polls, stories.
• Working with visuals: making basic graphics yourself or together with a designer.
• Adapting content to fit each platform’s format and audience.
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of the community: monitoring trends, picking up on newsworthy topics and promptly responding to reviews and mentions.
• Analyzing performance metrics (engagement, growth, audience response) and adjust channel development strategy accordingly.
• Interacting with the marketing team, community managers, and producers.
• Participating in supporting the Russian-speaking audience, if necessary.

You Have the Following:

• Must-have: at least 1.5 years of experience in the gaming industry — whether in SMM, community, content marketing or similar fields, but related to games.;
• Fluent English (C1+) — especially for informal, natural communication.
• Proven experience managing social media for Meta (FB/IG) and Twitter/X, with solid knowledge of platform tools.
• Strong content creation skills — from memes to announcements and video ideas — with a deep understanding of what resonates with the audience.
• Familiarity with graphic editors (Photoshop, Figma, Canva, or similar) for creating basic graphics and adapting visuals.
• Experience with video editing tools for mobile and short formats (CapCut, VN, Adobe Express, etc.).
• A great sense of humor, love for gaming culture, understanding of gaming slang, memes, and the way players think.
• Strong Russian language skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in working with Discord, Reddit, YouTube Community, or TikTok.
• Experience in working with an international audience.
• Understanding of F2P and live service models.
• Skills in video content creation or scriptwriting are a big plus!
