Team Lead (Clockmaker)

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players.

We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our flagship project, Clockmaker. You'll coordinate the Content and LiveOps teams, optimize processes, and help the team achieve ambitious goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Long-term and short-term planning
• Prioritization of tasks and bugs
• Breakdown and estimation of tasks for features
• People management: setting goals, one-on-ones with team members, development plan
• Conducting meetings: timing, active facilitation, follow-ups
• Task-management: creating tasks, providing descriptions, assigning, setting deadlines, monitoring task performance
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective processes within the team
  

What we need from you:

• Experience in managing mobile f2p projects in match-3 or other casual genre with 100k+ DAU
• Experience in SCRUM and waterfall methodologies
• Managing teams with 10+ people
• Strong leader but team player
• Understanding of basic product metrics (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)
• Tech. background as an advantage

The recruitment process will consist of two phases: an interview with our Recruiter and a technical interview with our Project Manager.
