We're looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our flagship project, Clockmaker. You'll coordinate the Content and LiveOps teams, optimize processes, and help the team achieve ambitious goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Long-term and short-term planning
- Prioritization of tasks and bugs
- Breakdown and estimation of tasks for features
- People management: setting goals, one-on-ones with team members, development plan
- Conducting meetings: timing, active facilitation, follow-ups
- Task-management: creating tasks, providing descriptions, assigning, setting deadlines, monitoring task performance
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective processes within the team
What we need from you:
- Experience in managing mobile f2p projects in match-3 or other casual genre with 100k+ DAU
- Experience in SCRUM and waterfall methodologies
- Managing teams with 10+ people
- Strong leader but team player
- Understanding of basic product metrics (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)
- Tech. background as an advantage
