You will manage a mini-team of creative production (up to 10 people), including artists and motion designers. You will work closely with a creative producer and together achieve KPIs for creatives and their implementation. We are looking for an involved and active manager who is able to maneuver at the intersection of the interests of the team and the business.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Develop plans, prioritize tasks, correctly distribute tasks, monitor the progress of the development of each creative, help the team cope with difficulties.
- Ensure that the team completes assigned tasks - within budget and on time.
- Experience in building systemic, transparent and understandable processes, taking into account the opinions of stakeholders and members of one's own/external teams. Be able to identify imperfections in processes and propose solutions aimed at long-term improvements.
- Monitoring the status of tasks and processes - forecasting and managing potential risks.
- Creation, maintenance, analysis of different types of reporting for the team to achieve KPIs.
- Regular and thoughtful work with the team, the ability to notice details and nuances when working with people, conducting 1 to 1, 360, retrospectives, working with feedback, taking care of the morale, motivation and work behavior of the team to increase their productivity.
- Conducting regular team activities - calls, retrospectives, process and creative meetings.
- Resource management: proper distribution of available resources and care for their availability - equipment, software, tools, information, finance.
- Writing and updating guides, updating information and transparently distributing it among teams.
