• Genres: Casual, Action, Puzzle, Hyper-casual
• Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Rapid development of game prototypes.
• Setting up core mechanics and testing them for retention.
• Optimizing current projects: developing new features, refining mechanics, and improving gameplay.
• Participating in A/B testing: preparing game builds and configuring settings.
• Fixing bugs and contributing to release processes.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Strong proficiency in Unity and C#.
• Experience working with 3D and 2D graphics.
• Performance optimization skills.
• Experience integrating SDK.
• Ability to develop core mechanics and evaluate their impact on engagement and user retention.
• Teamwork and the ability to accept constructive feedback.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an R&D department.
• Skills in animation, setting up effects (VFX), and sound integration (SFX).
• Understanding of A/B testing processes and basic analytics knowledge.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design for mobile games.
