We're looking for an energetic and proactive Game Designer to develop the battle mechanics of our new mid-core project.
What you'll be doing:
- Contributing to the development of battle mechanics within the project
- Feature ownership – leading new features from concept to launch and post-release analytics
- Controlling the development of mechanics and features from conceptualization to launch, as well as post-release analytics
- Implementing new characters
- Implementing new battle modes
- Balancing the combat system and characters
- LiveOps in combat mechanics
- Close interaction with the project team
What we need from you:
- Work experience as a game designer on mid-core battler projects, including direct work with balancing combat systems and characters
- Experience of feature owning a complete cycle (from the concept document to post-release analytics)
- Good understanding of the mid-core market and its audience (battler, RPG, survival)
- Strong knowledge of balance calculation tools (Excel/Google Spreadsheet) with multiparametric formulas
- Basic skills in working with analytics (understanding key metrics, their interaction, and working with dashboards)
